UCMUSA aims to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for Muslim students at the University of Canterbury. We strive to strengthen faith, promote Islamic knowledge, and encourage spiritual growth through educational, social, and community-oriented activities. Our association is committed to fostering unity, enhancing understanding of Islamic principles, and facilitating positive contributions to the broader university community.
Founded in 2005, UCMUSA was established to support the rising number of Muslim students at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand (UC). Over the years, our association has grown significantly, welcoming members from diverse backgrounds, including both local and international students. With the unwavering support of the university and local organizations, UCMUSA remains committed to serving the needs of its members, fostering unity, and promoting understanding of Islamic culture and values within the university community.
